Flojet - 4000 Series High Flow Quad Pump
High Flow Quad Pump for On-Demand Water Delivery
The FloJet 4000 Series uses a four-piston diaphragm architecture to deliver up to 4.8 gallons per minute at pressures reaching 45 psi, with integrated pressure-switch control that activates the pump only when demand exists. The chemical-resistant polypropylene head and Santoprene diaphragm with EPDM valves handle both water and viscous liquids up to 250 cP, while self-priming to 2.4 meters vertical lift eliminates the need for foot valves in most installations.
Pressure-Activated Diaphragm Pumping
Self-Priming Intake
Four-piston diaphragm assembly creates suction to draw water from sources up to 2.4 meters below pump level without external priming or foot valves
High Flow Delivery
Quad-piston design delivers flow rates up to 17 liters per minute at system pressures reaching 3.2 bar, powered by 115V AC motor drawing 1.5 amps
Automatic Pressure Switch
Factory-set pressure switch activates pump at 30 psi and cuts out at 45 psi, running motor only when system demand drops below cut-in threshold
