The K5521 inline filter is designed for 1/4" NPT threaded connections and 1/4" quick connect fittings. It integrates cleanly into ice makers, refrigerators, beverage dispensers, drinking fountains, under-counter filtration systems, and as a pre-filter or post-filter in reverse osmosis systems. Note that 1/4" NPT threads measure approximately 0.540" in actual diameter when measured with a ruler, not 0.25" as the fractional name suggests.
