How to Install the Aries Mixed Bed DI Filter
- Turn off water supply and relieve system pressure by opening a downstream faucet
- Unscrew Big Blue filter housing and remove old cartridge
- Insert the AF-10-4011-BB cartridge into the housing, ensuring proper seating on the center standpipe
- Check and lubricate the housing o-ring if needed, then hand-tighten the housing back onto the cap
- Turn on water supply slowly and inspect for leaks before returning system to full pressure

The Aries AF-10-4011-BB is designed for standard 10-inch Big Blue filter housings with 4.5-inch inner diameter. This cartridge works best as a final polishing stage after sediment and carbon pre-filtration to maximize resin life.
