Installing Your POB934 Cartridge
- Turn off water supply and relieve system pressure by opening a downstream valve or faucet.
- Remove the filter housing sump using a housing wrench, then discard the old cartridge.
- Insert the Omnipure POB934 cartridge into the housing, ensuring it seats properly on the center post.
- Replace the sump and hand-tighten, then use the wrench to secure without over-tightening.
- Turn water supply back on slowly, checking for leaks, and flush for 3-5 minutes before resuming normal use.
Housing & Application Fit
The POB934 fits any standard 10-inch filter housing with a 3-inch inner diameter, including models from Pentek, Culligan, Hydronix, and other universal brands. This cartridge is designed for inline installation on commercial coffee equipment, ice makers, beverage dispensers, and any appliance where hard water scale and corrosion are concerns. Replace every 6-12 months depending on water hardness and usage volume.
